Family Rosary Connect (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the Family Rosary Connect mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number, password, and optional profile photo when you register in the app.
- Family features: family name, family code, and member details you add.
- Prayer requests: name, email, category, and message if you submit an intention.
- Purchases: name, email, phone, and payment reference when you buy a book. Card payments are processed by Paystack; we do not store your card number.
- Newsletter: email if you subscribe on the website.
- Device: reminder preferences stored on your phone, and a device token if you allow notifications.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account
- To provide rosary, family, live prayer, and book features
- To send rosary reminders you choose
- To process payments and send receipts
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising networks.
Sharing
We share information only with services needed to run the app, such as Paystack for payments and our hosting provider. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, login, and family membership. Paid order records may be kept for accounting and fraud prevention.
Your choices
- You can update your profile in the app under Settings → My Profile.
- You can turn reminders off in Settings.
- You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or at familyrosaryconnect.com/delete-account.
Children
The app is intended for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe we have done so, and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
